The Humane Society of Missouri has rescued 106 neglected dogs and puppies from puppy mills across the state. Rescue operations are ongoing, and more neglected canines are expected to be rescued.
The rescued dogs are receiving emergency veterinary treatment and health assessments. The Humane Society is appealing for donations of pet supplies to aid in the dogs’ recovery, and plans to eventually put them up for adoption.
